Step 1 - Online assessment: All new pilots must complete a "Work related behavioral" assessment as the first step. Step 2 - Interviews : Successful candidates will be invited for an interview with our People team and Flight Operations team. Step 3 - Simulator assessment: Candidates who succed in the interview will progress to a simulator assessment. Step 4 - Type Rating Course: Upon successful completion of all stages, candidates will be offered a place on a Type Rating Course.
